Yes! To prevent Sticky Keys from turning on without being pressed:
1. Open the Settings app, tap Accessibility, and then tap Keyboard.
2. Untick “Allow shortcut to turn on Sticky Keys.”
3. Alternatively, press the Shift key five times and unselect the box for "Enable keyboard shortcut" afterward. It keeps you from triggering the caps lock accidentally as you type.
